Event Recap: "VERTICAL" - 'Sports & Culture Community Gathering'

On November 17, 2024, XAVAN Inc. hosted "VERTICAL – Sports & Culture Community Gathering" at the pedestrian street of 93 Dinh Tien Hoang, Hanoi. The event ran from 05:30 PM to 10:00 PM and featured a variety of engaging activities:

Opening Ceremony and Innovation Tour (reserved for invited delegates)

Street Dance Challenge
Creative Experience Workshop: A hands-on activity promoting creativity and cultural heritage among university students. Traditional Vietnamese crafts such as Đông Hồ paintings, bamboo dragonflies, and tò he (toy figurines) were reimagined through the use of color with conical hats and paper fans—creating a vibrant, artistic cultural space.

Innovation Capacity Assessment Zone: XAVAN Inc. is collaborating with iZi Educational Technology to develop a “Creative Capacity Assessment Framework.” At the event, participants enthusiastically engaged with the interactive survey “What Type of Creative Are You?”

With over 10,000+ online impressions, 20,000+ on-site interactions, and more than 7,000 direct participants, the event successfully engaged a wide audience and provided a unique platform for creativity and community building. The survey “What Type of Creative Are You?” received 3,500 responses, offering valuable insights into participants’ creative profiles.
The event was made possible thanks to sponsors such as Bảo Ngọc Bakery, Pandeamic Basketball Club, and other supporting partners. With the participation of over 70 volunteers and a dedicated organizing team, BAT became a memorable and inspiring experience for all involved.
