Vietnam International Trade Fair for Apparel, Textiles, and Textile Technologies (VIATT 2025) took place from February 26 to 28 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City. Representatives of ministries, sectors, international organizations, and many enterprises in the textile and garment industry in Vietnam and the world attended the event.

As the Vietnamese representative of Redress, co-founder Thu Le of XAVAN moderated a roundtable discussion on sustainable development in the Vietnamese fashion industry, discussing with speakers the difficulties and lessons in 2024, and how to leverage modern technology & innovation to improve business sustainability. The speakers all agreed that sustainable development is an inevitable trend, with Ms. Vu Thi Lieu, CEO of ECOSOI Vietnam, commenting that the next 3-5 years is a pivotal time for a part of the fashion industry to shift to a more sustainable, environmentally friendly model.

The discussion reaffirmed XAVAN's commitment to promoting sustainable development in the creative and cultural industry in Vietnam and the region. We would like to thank VIATT and the speakers for their support in making the event a success.
